Welcome to the VVHS Library Media Center Website. We strive to make the library a comfortable and useful place for all of our students.

Did you know that the #1 way to improve reading skills is to spend time reading? It's true! And enjoying what you read makes it even more effective. Also, improving reading skills helps improve test scores, including the SAT, ACT and the ASVAB... SO...GET READING! 

We have many books on all different topics that will make reading fun: mystery, teen issues, school issues, graphic novels, Manga, horror, romance, sports, biographies, nature, and many more.

Every year students are assigned a research paper or project. This is the place to start. The library has many current resources and all kinds of research topics. But it's not just about books, we also have computers for Internet research.  

We offer many fun ways to connect with your friends, such as board games, manipulative activities, origami and a drawing station, so let your creative personality come to life. 

We are open before and after school, during both lunches and during class time. Come in and CHECK US OUT!
